Situated in a quiet Plaza in the heart of Madrid, it is just 200 meters from the Royal Palace. Featuring soft pastel tones, antique-style furnishings and light patterned fabrics, the 120 air conditioned guestrooms have modern amenities including work desks with Internet access, bathroom telephones, cable television, pay movies and minibars.
Spanish and international cuisine is served in the relaxed ambience of the Best Western Premier Santo Domingo restaurant, decorated with warm colors and 17th century paintings. Taxis are available from the airport and the blue airport bus departs every 15 minutes for the underground bus terminal at Plaza de Colón in central Madrid.
Driving directions: From the airport by car, follow the N-11 highway to Madrid city center/Avenida de America, turn left onto Serrano and continue until Plaza de la Independencia, turning onto Gran Via. Go straight on to Plaza Callao, then turn onto Preciados until Plaza de Santo Domingo where the hotel is located.
